Technology Committee

We
are happy to say that we have Mr. Peter Ranieri as
our new computer teacher. Also we have 30 new
computers in the lab and 8 new mounted projectors in
our school. "THANKS!" to our St. Christopher
Technology Committee Members
With the Schools technology-based capabilities
and our needs increasing every year, the Technology
Committee needs much support, and we are happy to
say that St. Christopher School has been fortunate
to receive help from parents and parishioners in the
following areas:
- Technology Support Team – supports our over
120 PCs, 2 wireless laptop carts and computer
network
- Grant searchers/writers – find and secure
sources of funding to support the Schools
growing technology needs
- Instructors – conduct workshops for adults
in the evening (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Internet
101), create learning opportunities for the
children, assist with Staff development projects
for our Teachers
NEW ADDITIONS
- We recently formed a Faculty Technology
Committee which will work with the
Administration to determine staff needs
(equipment as well as staff development and
training).
- Faculty members have recently been equipped
with a laptop to enable regular use of
technology as a teaching and learning tool.
- The school has gone WIRELESS!
